Take time out to do something lovely for yourself!  A short series of interactive and uplifting sessions for anyone who wants to feel a little lighter or brighter . . . because sometimes Life can feel a lot!

Across four relaxed 90-minute sessions we’ll explore simple, practical ways to feel calmer and more connected giving you tips and tools you can start using straight away.  Based on key principles from Positive Psychology (but without any scary science), this is designed to be a warm and friendly space where you can meet like-minded people and get permission to put yourself first.  

Sessions are designed to be stand-alone so you can book just the one/s that appeal or the whole block for a full wellbeing reset. 

Noticing the good and everyday happiness                        Discover how to spot the small, good moments you normally rush past. The aim is that you leave feeling more grounded, grateful and aware of the good already in your life.

Connection & Kindness
Explore how tiny acts of kindness and everyday human connection can boost your mood and strengthen your resilience. 

Stress & Overwhelm vs Finding Calm
A supportive session for busy brains: learn simple techniques to help steady your thoughts, soften the stress and generally feel calmer when life feels out of control.

Meaning, Motivation and Moving forward                          A reflective, encouraging session that helps you reconnect with what’s important.  You’ll complete a ‘Life Pie’ to see what’s already working well and identify any areas that are maybe missing a bit of mojo.  Then create a plan to bring the oomph back!

Book Study Circles

Read. Reflect. Connect.

Book Study Circles blend the power of self‑development literature with the depth, accountability and connection of group coaching. Over eight weeks, we explore a carefully chosen text together — giving you the time and space to actually do the reading and think about how to apply the ideas in a meaningful way.

In each session, you’ll have the opportunity to step away from your busy life, reflect on your insights and complete the exercises you might not otherwise get around to on your own. Facilitated by an experienced trainer and coach, you’ll discuss each chapter’s theme with like‑minded individuals and translate the collective wisdom into practical actions that support your personal growth.

Book Study Circles offer a unique blend of learning, reflection and community. They bridge the gap between simply reading a book and truly transforming the way you show up in your life and work.
